Airport not listed?
Advance Booking
Booking is recommended at least 24 hours before travel. In case of urgency, contact us by phone or WhatsApp.
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed via email or WhatsApp. The booking is valid only after our confirmation.
Required Data
Full name, phone number, email, departure and destination address, transfer date and time, number of passengers.
Payment Methods
Cash payment to the driver or bank transfer (by agreement). A 50% deposit is required to confirm.
Waiting & Delays
The driver waits free for 1 hour. Beyond this limit, a supplement may apply, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before. Within 24 hours, a 50% penalty may apply. No-show: full amount.
Airport Meeting
The driver awaits you in the arrivals area with a sign with your name. If you have difficulties, contact us at the number in the confirmation.
What's Included
Highway tolls, fuel, ZTL access, water on board and 1 hour free waiting at the airport.
Traveling with Children
We provide child seats on request. Please inform us in advance of the child's age and number of seats needed.
Pets
We only accept small pets in carriers. Please let us know in advance when booking.
Invoicing
We can issue receipts or invoices. We work with individuals and companies worldwide. Please provide billing details in advance.
